Coach Yannick is a native of the West African nation of Cameroon. following a strong high school playing career and receiving a basketball scholarship to play for Santa Clara University's men's basketball team class of 2015. In the past seven years, Coach Yannick has coached basketball at all levels, from second graders to adult leagues, including several prestigious local high schools and AAU programs. Yannick is a strong believer that if you do what you love, you'll never have to work a day in your life. He enjoys instructing beginners in the fundamentals of basketball and adding more techniques to those more experienced. One of his focal points is explaining to players in detail how specific basketball techniques are carried out. In addition to that, being able to modify the instructions based on the skills level and age group is as important as anything else for a coach.
